Returns & Made-To-Order Policy
All products available through the Demis Araniadis online store are made to order and individually handcrafted for each customer.
Each creation is made according to the specific choices and requirements of the order, including, but not limited to, size, measurements, fit, colour, materials, design details, and other characteristics selected for the individual order.
Made-to-Order Products
Our products may, where applicable, be considered goods made to the consumer’s specifications and/or clearly personalised products.
For products created according to the customer’s specific requirements or personalised choices, the fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the applicable legal exceptions for personalised and custom-made goods.
Therefore, once the production of a product created specifically according to the order specifications has begun:
- Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or change of preference.
- Refunds are not provided due to a change of mind or change of preference.
- Exchanges for another product or size are not accepted after production has been completed, unless otherwise agreed by Demis Araniadis.
- Cancellation of an order may no longer be possible once the production process has begun, as the product is created specifically for that individual order.
Changes to Size and Product Options
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order information before completing their purchase, including the selected size, measurements, and all other product specifications.
For products manufactured according to the measurements, size, or other specifications provided by the customer, refunds are not provided in the event of an incorrect size selection or a change of preference, provided that the product has been manufactured in accordance with the information submitted with the order.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully consult the size guide or contact us before completing their order if they have any questions regarding the fit or measurements of a product.
Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
All products are individually handcrafted. As a result, minor variations in details, texture, colour, or dimensions may occur.
Furthermore, natural materials, particularly leather, may display natural variations, markings, or differences in texture and colour.
Such minor variations are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted creations and natural materials and do not, on their own, constitute a manufacturing defect, provided that the product conforms to the agreed specifications and characteristics of the order.
Defective or Incorrect Products
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect, does not conform to the agreed specifications, or differs from the product ordered, the customer retains all rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Each relevant request will be assessed following communication with Demis Araniadis, and photographs or other information may be requested in order to evaluate the issue.
Acceptance of This Policy
By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have been informed of the made-to-order nature of the product and have read and acknowledged the terms of this policy.
Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selected options and details of their order.
